If [[Mizzix's Mastery]] is played while [[Judith, Carnage Connoisseur]] is on the battlefield when does Judith's ability trigger for the cards that have been cast through Mizzix and is Judith?
Is Judith able to modify the copies of the spells from Mizzix with deathtouch and lifelink? Alternatively, when would imps be created and could they be targeted by or the spells?

Judith triggers when you initially cast the Mastery. Judith resolves first.
Then, as Mastery resolves, you exile the Card(s), create Copies of the Card(s) in Exile, and cast the Card-Copies.
After you are finished resolving Mastery, all the Judith Triggers are put on the Stack, above all the Card-Copies.
And, the Judith Triggers will resolve before any of the Card-copy Spells.

Pretty much every portfolio Collins has touched has turned into a political shitstorm. Her reappointment points to a couple of problems for National. One is their restive right-wing faction, for whom Collins is a figurehead. The other is their dire lack of talent.
She is a corrupt and meddling micro-manager with poor political instincts and a penchant for unnecessary confrontation. She's nowhere near as competent or clever as she thinks she is, and is constantly presuming expertise she does not have. She's on the far right of a party that has succeeded on the basis of appearing centrist, and is extremely divisive where appearing conciliatory has worked for National.
I'd really rather Key kept her away from office, but there is a bright side. This can only harm National at the polls.
Judith should have been named after T-Dog = J-Dog

Was there any update on Michael Marino and whether he was a Gacy victim or not? Also, does anyone know if the murder of Judith Mowery was solved?

Remains were exhumed at Michael Marino's mother's request about 10 years and it was claimed that the remains turned out not to be his. I don't know whether the testing was done by a reputable body or not. It was a private DNA test and I have not found any independent verification. The mother of Michael Marino was apparently refusing to release the results to the Cook County sheriff's office as of 2016. The dentist who examined the dental records disputes that the remains are not those of Michael Marino (Link).
Does anyone have any more recent information on Michael Marino? What is the official/police view on the remains? Do they accept that the remains were not those of Michael Marino? My impression is that the mother is refusing to accept reality.
John Mowery was a Gacy victim. In 1972 his sister Judith Mowery was murdered. Does anyone know if the murder of Judith Mowery was ever solved? There is a newspaper clipping from 1979 that states it was unsolved at that time. Was any further progress made on that case?

There's this story from 2021, when Moran and the DNA Doe Project found the identity of Victim 5, but I haven't seen anything more concrete about Marino (I believe he was designated Victim 14 or 15 and Parker was the other, IIRC?) other than the private DNA testing on those two specific victim's bodies did not match Marino or Parker.
(Marino's mother had both bodies exhumed and tested to be sure they weren't just mixed up, and that's where it stood as of 2016.)
Victim 24 was identified as Jimmy Haakenson in 2017.
EDIT: Here is a People magazine story from April of 2016 where one of the forensic dentists who worked on the case suggests that pretty much all the victims' remains may have gotten "comingled," or at least appears to.
EDIT (again): So, no, I wouldn't say that the police accept that Marino is not in that grave. Their position seems to be that the discrepancy is that the remains buried under Marino's name may also contain a piece or pieces of other victims' remains, including the piece that was used for DNA testing.
